A safe, confidential space for families who have a loved one with a mental illness.

Groups are run by NAMI-trained facilitators who understand the unique challenges, complex family dynamics, and often unpredictable aspects of the illness.

Before coming to the support group, we had never spoken about mental illness to neighbors, friends and often not even to our relatives.

I really look forward to NAMI Family Support Group.  Each time I attend, I feel understood and less alone.  Mental illness is a family disease – I’ve learned that need support as much as my loved one.
