FREE Community Training: This is What Mental Health Awareness Looks Like

NAMI Rochester's most popular introductory training will teach you basic mental health and mental illness vocabulary, myths, common barriers to treatment, signs vs. symptoms, and the warning signs of suicide. Participants will gain a baseline understanding of mental illness and causes of suicide, and local resources to utilize for support.

This training is for ANYONE in the community - parents, teachers, managers, students, CEOs, business owners, artists, etc. The program will include question/answer and engaged discussion of the topics covered.

Parking is available onsite. Use the “map” link on this event page, or type “NAMI Rochester” into Google or Apple maps to find us. We are between Mental Health Association and Chortke in the back buildings of Village Gate.

Spots are limited! RSVP to ensure your seat.
